Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Reporting to the Restaurant Manager
- Take charge of the Register/POS station
- Maintain complete knowledge of point-of-sale and manual systems and procedures
- Receive and process all payment methods
- Verify the accuracy and acceptability of the payment received
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
- Balance the register at the end of the shift
- Perform daily opening/closing of cash register account with the Restaurant Manager
- Ensure all transactions are properly managed and tracked
- Ensure that cash and other transactions are accounted for and recorded
- Promote PGR membership and the available Bank Credit Cards promotion
- Adhere to cashiering standard operating procedures
- Responsible for providing good customer service
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

- Relevant working experience would be an added advantage
- Candidate must possess and be able to adhere to strict grooming standards set for the role
- Good Cash handling skills and must be professional, polite and reliable
- Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
- Possess basic PC literacy knowledge in order to handle the POS cash register system
- Ability to compute mathematical calculations
- Ability to input and access information into the point-of-sale system
- Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up
- Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly in a noisy environment with high pedestrian traffic
