A Big Opportunity for ...

• Check Opening cash book balance and physical cash balance at start of day
• Collect and check received cheque & cash payment from customer
• Put Account Code, Responsibility and Project in Voucher
• Update cash received and payment at excel
• Check with Bank daily for incoming and outgoing transaction
• Update Advance Payment at excel when issued and cleared
• Check Advance Payment and make sure they have cleared within 2 weeks
• Sent Closing cash and bank balance and to Account Manager daily
• Check and confirm cash book and physical cash balance end of the day with accountant Daily Cash Report
