Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Daily claim settlement and advance payment on timely basis
- Update daily cash transaction in petty cash book and bank transaction in bank register
- Trace the settlement of advance payment transaction according to SOP
- Keep the updated Advance register
- Check and update the receipts and bank transfer to company’s bank accounts
- Arrange to reimburse the petty cash when the it is at minimum level
- Issue cheque and get the authorized person’s signatures
- Issue receipt vouchers for internal process and receipt acknowledgement letters to the second parties
- Responsible to deposit and withdraw cash to/ from the bank
- Retrieve the bank statements from the bank at every month-end
- Assist to purchase or sales of foreign currency (USD)
Prepare the list of unpresented or uncleared cheques if any
- Make monthly commercial tax payment to IRD
- Assisting in daily cash performed by Junior and / or Senior Accountant

- Have minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field
