You are the bridge between Shop and the external sellers. Your primary job is to translate strategic direction, operational standard to sellers. You are excepted to manage a strong portfolio of sellers. Through which, you are required to obtain key assortments, price, promotion and partnership that will support the overall category and commercial goal for the business.● Report to category manage to align on strategic direction● Acquire Tier 1 sellers who requires your network and connections● Assist Acquisition team to prioritize sellers to acquire and subsequently advising them on acquisition strategy ● Manage a portfolio of sellers through which you will represent internally to achieve buy-in from internal stakeholders ● Through your portfolio of sellers, you are expected to provide neutral and objective sections based on pre-defined criteria. ● You will be tasked to obtain deals, partnerships and exclusive launches● Consult/Advice the sellers on developing their business on E-commerce and conduct performance review for Tier 1 sellers on Monthly Basis● Data analysis to develop actionable insights, price/stock recommendations for sales visibility ● Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as Operation, Finance and Marketing team ● Handle special projects assigned seasonally and as and when market requires
● Preferred from Industry (However, open for discussion)● Minimum Bachelor Degree● Excel and PowerPoint knowledge● Able to do updated on-site market analysis and knowledge to category level
