- ရင္းႏွီးေႏြးေထြးေသာ အျပဳအမူရွိျပီး ေက်ာင္းသား/သူ ကေလးငယ္မိဘမ်ားအတြက္ ေက်ာင္းခန္းအတြင္း/ အျပင္ အခက္အခဲႏွင့္ လိုအပ္ခ်က္အား ခံစားနားလည္တတ္ျပီး စီမံေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးရန္။
-လစဥ္သတ္မွတ္ထားေသာ ေက်ာင္းသား/သူအေရအတြက္ ျပည့္ေစရန္ Sales & Marketing Plan မ်ား ေရးဆြဲထားသည့္အတိုင္း လက္ေတြ႕အေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ေပးရန္စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
- ေက်ာင္းသား /သူ ေရရွည္တက္ေရာက္ေရးအတြက္ Program မ်ားေရးဆြဲတင္ျပရန္။

- အျပဳသေဘာေဆာင္သည့္ စိတ္ေနစိတ္ထားရွိျပီး ထိုးထြင္သိျမင္စြာျဖင္ ့ စီမံေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ျခင္း။
- တစ္စံုတစ္ဦးမွ သိရွိရေသာ အၾကံံဥာဏ္အျမင္အား လက္ခံနားေထာင္ေပးႏိုင္စြမ္းရည္ရွိျခင္း။
- မိမိလက္ေအာက္ရွိ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ား၏ လုပ္ငန္းေဆာင္တာမ်ားအား ခြဲေဝတာဝန္ေပးႏိုင္ျခင္း။
