Centre Operation Manager at Leading Group of Companies in Myanmar

o Manage building services, maintain smooth operation and build relationship with tenants
o Up to 1,300,000 Ks + Bonus

About the Company

Our client is one of the leading corporations in Myanmar over 20 years. They have number of businesses in Myanmar including real estate, construction & engineering, construction materials, energy, trading, hospitality, insurance.

The Role
• Coordinates with building maintenance team to ensure building meets health and safety standards and legal requirement
• Deal with overall operation management
• Provides occupants with updates of electrical, water and other service outages and scheduled shutdowns
• Carry out programme of equipment testing (e.g. fire alarms, electronic barriers, etc.)
• Maintain inspection, incident and other records as required by management
• Develops and implements facility emergency plans, oversees building security
• During evacuations, assists emergency response teams in assessing building condition, shutting off utilities, and delivering a status report to assembly point leaders

● Experience in a relevant field, such as building management, operation management and customer relation
● Good plumbing, mechanical and electrical services knowledge
● Good communication in English
