o Lead the entire organization through a major transformation and modernization
o Up to $17,000 plus housing and transport

About the Company

Our client is one of the largest insurance companies in Myanmar. They have a strong corporate background and great foundation. The insurance landscape is set to change in Myanmar soon and this company wants to be at the forefront of this change.


The Role

Manage the entire business from Sales to Admin

● Initiation an organization transformation and modernization
● Develop new products and initiatives to increase market share and review
● Form strategic partnerships with local an international companies to enable greater exposure to their insurance product

Job Requirements

● Minimum of 3 years experience in an Executive position (MD, CEO, COO) in the insurance industry
● University graduate, MBA preferred
● Fluent English communication skills
● Experience in transforming a business to a modern organization
