ROLE PURPOSE
• Lead implementation of new initiatives in the assigned branches
• Build enthusiasm and create awareness about the change among employees
• Debottleneck issues to ensure adherence to guidelines of the new initiatives
• Be role models for other employees during the rollout phase and beyond

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Full time role to coordinate within the responsible branches to ensure successful Branch Perform program
• Facilitate the implementation of Branch Transformation initiatives (e.g. adoption of new sales models, new processes) together with the Branch Transformation Office and Branch Manager
• Collaborate with Branch Transformation Office on monitoring progress
• Closely coordinate with the Branch Transformation HQ team on progress, challenges, and next steps
• Be the point of contact for communications team to communicate changes/ transformation initiatives to branches
• Track and monitor progress on an ongoing basis (e.g. performance reviews), in collaboration with the Branch Transformation HQ team, RMs and BMs
• Provide feedback to Branch Transformation HQ team and report any non-compliant activities conducted in branches

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Change responsibility
o Role-model behavior changes on the ground
o Demonstrate best practice sales techniques across all sales model (Outbound, Inbound, Phone)
o Prepare branches for the roll-out initiatives (e.g. new processes, new sales models)
o Facilitate the adoption of new ways of working at the branches, coaching and training the affected team (e.g. Retail Sales Specialist) as needed
• Coaching role
o Build enthusiasm and engage with employees to influence and shift mindsets
o Be a role model for other employees in the organization as a pioneer of change at the bank
o Coach and train the branch teams in the new way of working
o Act as a thought partner to the branch manager in the day-to-day implementation
o To seek approaches to improve the sales achievements and customer experience and to make recommendations for changes

o Conducts stakeholder analysis and assessments. Identify potential personnel risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.

Education & Special Training
Essential
• Completion of tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as Bachelor of Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or industry specific qualifications

Experience
Essential
• Has worked with Yoma Bank for a minimum of 2 years (preferably more than 5 years) with experience in both sales and operations
• Has knowledge of key branch processes
• Proven sales track record and ability to over deliver on targets
• Sales/marketing experience to a wide range of customers

Languages
Essential
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in both Myanmar and English languages.
