Job Description

1. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
2. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet customers’ performance objectives and expectations.
3. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
4. Develop, drive and implement marketing activities aimed at assigned channel customers.
5. Utilize data and shopper insights to provide recommendations to drive HNMM brands market share.
6. Proactively recruit new customers for the assigned channel.
7. Lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive business relationship.
8. Control the credit notes/money collections.
9. Achieve monthly targets (Sales Volume and Execution KPIs)

Job Requirements

1. University degree is required
2. Qualification of sales and marketing
3. Well knowledge of MS (Window, Word, and Excel)
4. At least 1 - 2 years of increasingly responsible sales, marketing or customer contact experience in a sales-related field, preferably in the FMCG or Beverages industry.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills, including listening and questioning skills
6. Excellent interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy
7. Good business sense and a professional manner
8. Relish a challenge and work well within a competitive environment
9. Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team in a dynamic work environment
10. Personally motivated, proactive, self-starter and aggressive
11. Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and results/goal-oriented focus
12. Disciplined
13. Integrity
14. Desire and ability to engage in continuing education and skills upgrading district
