OBJECTIVES

Develop and execute the best in the class trade marketing program in both on and off the trade that drives volume and value.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and execute annual trade marketing strategy and plan based on shopper, consumers, brand and customer insight that support short and long-term business objectives.
2. Develop, implement and evaluate promotions to optimize ROI on trade marketing budget using pre and post analysis

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for preparation of the annual promotion plan in cooperation with brand and Sales Teams.
2. Pro-actively participate and conduct meetings with sales and brand team.
3. Manage the process of developing and implementing Trade Marketing activities with high customer satisfaction. Including internal communication. All deadlines are mandatory.
4. Develop and present Trade Marketing presentations at sales conference/meetings, in order to motivate and align sales team with Trade Marketing plans
5. Manage the process of purchasing POSM, premiums and giveaways in cooperation with procurement. Ensure approval from brand team.
6. Provide routine training to sales executives and DFSRs regarding the proper trade marketing principles.
7. Understand and sales cycle and develop the promotional plans to suit the cycle
8. Developing contacts, maintaining healthy business relations and dealings with institutions providing advertising, promotion services, suppliers and media.
9. Continuously optimise all processes regarding trade marketing activities and expenditures
10. Collecting and reporting comparative promotion activities of competitors periodically
11. Keep track of POS and POP items and ensuring smooth allocation and dispatch and effective use in all markets.
12. Timely prepare and submit monthly claims for settlement.
13. Undertaking sales and marketing activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Educational / Qualifications requirements:

• Post Graduate
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in major Burmese dialect

Previous Experience Requirements:

• +5 yrs in brand manager role and FMCG/beer environment
