Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Achieve set sales targets by volume, SKU and customer account
2. Carry out Horeca Channel’s daily operations
3. Communicate effectively and efficiently with both principals and customers
4. Monitor sales data and activities and report to Horeca Channel Sales Manager ; includes sales, stock balance, customer information,
customer feedback, issues and concerns
5. Monitor all Horeca Channel-related product inventory weekly
6. Prepare Horeca Channel’s sales invoices and monitor accounts receivable and sales transactions
7. Actively participate in meetings and product knowledge training
8. Actively participate in Horeca Channel’s sale process daily and take necessary actions as required; develop target list of new customers and front line relationship with key customer accounts
9. Survey and compile competitor information, current market situation and future trends and insights
10. Enter sales data for sales reports
11. Attend events when required
12. Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization
13. Perform other related duties and required of the Sales Department
14. Follow instructions from and report to Horeca Channel Sales Manager

Job Requirements

1. Previous experience in Sales, especially in Horeca Channel
2. Bachelor’s degree or certifications in Sales or other relevant fields
3. Understanding of sales performance metrics and process
4. Hands-on and proficient experience with Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
7. Ability to work under strict deadlines
8. Ability to coordinate and work in teams
9. Ability to travel locally
