Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's channel development policies, objectives, and initiatives.
Actively monitoring and owning Incidents and user questions, and providing the communications channel for other service management disciplines with the user community
Meet the communication needs of both users and internal IT staff
Central point of contact between service providers and clients on a day-to-day basis
Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business
Initiate productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of corporate team, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and channel personnel.
Ensures service desk compliance with channel agreements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of IT sales, marketing or promotion preferable as corporate service desk support, marketing supervisor with IT knowledge, helpdesk support, or IT executive.
Holder of Bachelor degree, diploma or professional certificate related to Information system, Computer system, Information technology, Business IT, Sales and Marketing and customer relationship management with
Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within the technology product category and IT channel
Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales.
Professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential.
Working closely with sales teams within the channel partner to train and advise.
Basic IT and telecommunication knowledge.
