• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
- ခ်က္ျပဳတ္နည္းမ်ာကို ေလ့လာျပီး လိုအပ္သည့္ Ingredient မ်ားကိုစုေဆာင္းရမည္
• Cook food in a timely manner
- အစားအစာမ်ားကုိ အခ်ိန္မွီေအာင္ ခ်က္ျပဳတ္ႏိုင္ရမည္
• Delegate tasks to the kitchen staff
-မီးဖိုေခ်ာင္၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားကို အလုပ္တာ၀န္မ်ားခြဲေ၀ေပးရမည္
• Inform wait staff about daily specials
- ထူးျခားမွုရွိေသာ အေၾကာင္းအရာမ်းကို ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားအား အသိေပးရမည္
• Ensure appealing plate presentation
- ပန္းကန္အျပင္အဆင္မ်ားကို စစ္ေဆးရမည္
• Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
- Cooks မ်ား၏ခ်က္ျပဳတ္မွဳမ်ားကို စစ္ေဆးျပီး လုိအပ္ပါကူညီရမည္
• Monitor food stock and place orders
- Food Stock မ်ားကို ၾကီးၾကပ္ေနရာခ်ထားေပးရမည္
• Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
- အစားအစာမ်ား လတ္ဆပ္မွုရွိေစရန္ အျမဲစစ္ေဆးရျပီး ရက္လြန္အစားအစာမ်ားကို စြန္႔ပစ္ရမည္
• Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
- ခ်က္ျပဳတ္နည္းအသစ္မ်ားကို အၾကံျပဳတင္ျပရမည္

Job Requirements

- High school level education

-2+ years’ experience as a Cook in the Indian restaurant industry

- Able to read and follow standardized recipes

-Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures

- Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere

- Work hard and creative mind
