Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

-Responsible in financial control, costing, budgeting & forecasting and monthly reporting.
-Review daily transactions (including advance request, payment vouchers and accounting entries) prepared by the accountants.
-Prepare daily cash projection according to cash advance and payment request.
-Ensure timely closure of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports for management’s review.
- Support management with project/budget planning and data analysis. - Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
-Liaise with third parties when necessary, such as government authorities, tax offices and auditors.
-Assist budget preparation, expense management and audit activities
-Deal with the company accounting and tax compliance and communicate with tax authorities when needed.

Job Requirements

- Computer literate ( Microsoft Excel and Words, Power Point and any working experience with the computer accounting software systems )
-(5) years' experienced in a similar position.
-B.Com/Bachelor degree in finance / accounting field and CPA is preferred.
- Knowledge on financial software application, Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, Email and internet.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. - Good analytical skill and ability to work under pressure
- Be able to concentrate for long period of time, handle pressure with high sense of confidentiality.
- Experience in controlling, budgeting or auditing would be advantageous.
- Monitoring month-end and Year-end closing & audit issues.
