Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation.
Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity , debt activity etc.
Plan,implement and oversee overall accounting strategy.
Create new internal accounting corporate policies and maintain existing policies.
Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams.
Implement and monitor the month, quarter and year-end closeout accounting schedules.
Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements.
Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning.
Producing long-term business plans.
Undertaking research into pricing,competitors and factors affecting performance.e
Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure.
Managing budgets.
Developing and managing financial systems/models.
Carrying out business modeling and risk assessments.
Supervising staff.
Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plan and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Set up and monitor accounting methods,policies and principles.
Recruit and hire new employees.
Train new employees.

Must be graduated
Must have over 5 years working experience as Accountant
Must pass ACCA or CPA
Prefer to pass ACCA 3
Prefer to have CPA
Must be bisuness level in the English language
