* B.Com (သို႔) Any Bachelor Degree ေအာင္ျမင္ျပီးသူ,ACCA ( or ) CPA ရရွိျပီးသူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
* Excel, E mail , Internet ,English ( 4 ) Skill ကြ်မ္းက်င္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
* English ( 4 ) Skill ကြ်မ္းက်င္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
* Company Law, Taxation imposed by Myanmar ပိုင္တြင္း ကြ်မ္းက်င္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
* Taxation Field တြင္အနည္းဆံုး (2)ႏွစ္,Chief Accountant (၂) ႏွစ္ လုပ္ကိုင္ဖူးသူျဖစ္ရ မည္။
* Chief Accountant လုပ္သက္အနည္းဆံုး ( ၅ )ႏွစ္လုပ္ကိုင္ဖူးသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
* အသက္ ( ၃၀ )ႏွစ္ ႏွင္႔ အထက္ရွိသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
* Under Pressure ေအာက္တြင္လုပ္ကိုင္ႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
* Accounting Software ကို ကြ်မ္းက်င္စြာ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
