Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the overall finance and account of the company
2. Maintain company’s financial accounts in accordance with the standard accounting principles and procedures
3. Develop and implement financial, budget and related policies for the company
4. Plan, allocate and supervise budget for all departments of the company
5. Conduct periodic financial accounts audit and finance policy compliance audit in all departments of the company
6. Lead the annual budget review and evaluation
7. Conduct all necessary trainings to keep the finance team’s skills and knowledge up to date
8. Ensure company’s compliance to the effective government taxation laws and all relevant rules and regulations
9. Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of finance team
10. Prepare trial balance, financial statements (Balance sheets, income statements, cash-flow statements), annual financial reports and taxation reports
11. Ensure all financial and accounting matters are operating according to the relevant operational timeframe
12. Facilitate both external and internal financial and operational audits
13. Analyze and report financial information of the company to Management team/BOD
14. Plan, implement and supervise all relevant office administrative works

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1. University graduate of any university
2. Compulsory completion of accounting training (i.e. B.Com/ CPA/ LCCI III/ ACCA)
3. Minimal five years of working experience in financing and accounting related works
4. Proficient in computer skill and computerized accounting
5. Ability to understand and work according to the government taxation rules and regulation; previous working experience with taxation matter will be an advantage
6. Able to communicate in both Myanmar and English languages
