• Responsible for ensuring that monthly financial reports of various Business Units are accurate & meet specified deadlines.
• Responsible for Interpreting and Preparing key Financial Statements as required by BOD.
• Responsible for preparation of Annual Budgets & to Monitor & Control all approved Budgets.
• Responsible for Forecasting, Monitoring Cash Flow requirements and advising appropriate action, where required.
• Responsible for Assisting CEO in arranging and/or negotiating Financing requirements.
• Responsible for Evaluating Financial aspects of all proposed Investments and advise on its viability.
• Ensure all financial report and related schedules are in with the accounting standard
• Review monthly report and yearly reports.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience at management level
• Must have strong leadership skill and analytical skill
• Able to use accounting MYOB software and general knowledge in taxation.
• Able to converse well in both written and spoken English.
• Monitoring month-end and Year-end closing & audit issues.

Job Requirements

• Experience in the finance field of financial controlling,the development and implementation of financial policies.
• Bachelor’s degree is a must and CPA is strongly preferred
• Experience over 5 years
• Strong command of written and verbal English (Chinese Prefer)
• Good analytical skills and leadership skills with strong systems experience
• Excellent Judgment and Analytical skills
• Must have careful and meticulous with financial figures
• Show Leadership Qualities and ability to motivate a Team
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Internet Browsing)
• To Understand all taxation,to handle financial monthly reports independently & can use MYOB software very well.
