Job Description

• - Supervise the finance team members and work closely with the team for their timely submission.
• - Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled
• - Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
• - Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
• - Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals
• - Perform all other duties as assigned and required
• - Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
• - Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement

Job Requirements

• -Bachelor degree in economics or finance and other professional qualifications such as accounting diploma,LCCI level (III) and ACCA is more preferred.
• -(3) year experiences in Chief Accountant field.
• -Must be over the age of 35
• -Very strong accounting formality, active, creative, good personality, willingness to learn.
• -Can work at Myaung Dakar Industrial Zone((Hmaw Bi township)
• -Able to motivate the team and lead by example
• -Must be able to communicate in English and Japanese
• -Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
• -Able to motivate the team and lead by example
