We are currently seeking an experienced, and thorough Chief Accountant to join our rapidly growing firm. In this role, you will demonstrate your management skills and accounting expertise in a variety of personal and corporate accounting practices, including overseeing payroll and taxes. You must be highly accurate and efficient, utilizing your vast knowledge of the current tax code, upholding our standard of exceptional customer service, and, above all else, ensuring that consistent, accurate accounting services are provided to our clients daily.


• Manage expense process, bank account, cash books.
• Interact with clients on the phone, email, and in person
• Process payments and log accordingly
• Generate billing statements and reports
• Help with monthly, quarterly, and annual audits
• Answer customer inquiries regarding their accounts
• Conduct all necessary trainings to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date
• Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled
• Advise business owners and individuals regarding the tax code, potential accountant risks.
• Monitor and mentor/train junior staff, clerks, and bookkeepers
• Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively
• Uphold the excellent reputation of our firm
• Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals
• Report directly to Operations Manager and BOD

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Must possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in good standing
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in senior accountant
• Extensive corporate tax experience
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Accountant Software
