Job Description

* Monitor day to day accounting activities within the whole organization.
* Coordinating with finance team to complete assign accounting tasks within deadlines.
* Handle full spectrum of financial and management reporting functions, business analysis, including consolidation, cash flow, budget and tax reporting.
* Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures, statutory financial reporting and tax requirements.
* Review and perform analytics and explain variances on financial results.
* Review financial procedures, internal controls, business processes and systems to ensure effective controls are in place.
* Liaise with both internal and external parties, including bankers, auditors and officers for compliance matters.
* Manage to secure financial information by completing database backups.
* Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, special projects and presentation if necessary.

Job Requirements

* Possess a degree in accountancy (B.Com, B.Act) and/or CPA or equivalent professional qualification. (e.g. ACCA Part II).
* Minimum 7 years' relevant experience with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
* Strong knowledge of Myanmar Accounting Standards and IFRS, Costing taxation and corporate governance.
* Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills and able to work under pressure.
* Must be a team player, task oriented, ability to work in a highly dynamic, team environment and work with cross-functional teams.
* Strong effective communication, reading and writing skills in both English and Myanmar.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words/Excel/Power Point).
* External audit experience is preferred.
* Tally ERP Accounting software knowledge is an advantage.
