Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Monitor day to day accounting activities within the whole organization.
• Coordinating with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
• Handle full spectrum of financial and management reporting functions, business analysis, including consolidation, cash flow, budget and tax reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures, statutory financial reporting and tax requirements.
• Review and perform analytics and explain variances on financial results.
• Review financial procedures, internal controls, business processes and systems to ensure effective controls are in place.
• Liaise with both internal and external parties, including bankers, auditors and officers for compliance matters.
• Manage to secure financial information by completing database backups.
• Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, special projects and presentation if necessary.

Job Requirements

• Possess a degree in accountancy (B.Com, B.Act) and/or CPA or equivalent professional qualifications. (e. g. ACCA Part II).
• Minimum 7 years' relevant experience with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar Accounting Standards and IFRS, Costing, taxation and corporate governance.
• Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills and able to work under pressure.
• Must be a team player, task oriented, ability to work in a highly dynamic, team environment and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong effective communication, reading and writing skills in both English and Myanmar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words/Excel, Power point).
• External audit experience is preferred.
• Tally ERP Accounting software knowledge is an advantage.
