- Oversee operation of accounting, financing, treasury operations, legal and taxation processes.
- Monitor cash balances & cash forecasts and arrange for debt and equity financing.
- Review standard costs including appropriate overhead allocations and perform analysis on company projects.
- Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled.
- Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report to management.
- Maintain banking relationships.
- Coordinate annual audit of the Company with external auditors and ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government tax office.
- Liaise with legal representation on corporate issues and ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Review of legal contracts on finance sector as requested.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
- Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
- Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
- Review and recommend changes to existing finance and accounting procedures.
- Report monthly & yearly financial report and risk issues to CFO and BODs.
- Other tasks as assigned by CFO and BODs.

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and ACCA skills module.
- Proficient in MS office with advance excel skills.
- Computerized accounting skills.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal in Myanmar and English languages.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Minimum five years working experience in manager level of finance & accounting field.
