- Planning, Implementing and monitoring the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Maintenance in buildings, structures, roads, drainage system etc.
- Planning the critical spare parts.
- Organizing and assigning the workforce systematically for the related jobs of mechanical, electrical, civil, and vehicle maintenance.
- Ensuring that ISO compliance is being implemented by the Engineering Division.
- Initiating and implementing the project planning, tasks and requirements.

Job Requirements

- M.E/ B.E (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic)
- At least (10) years experience at related field such as mechanical works, electrical works. and civil works including automation and project planning.
- Age 40 years old and above.
- Skillful in computer application (MS.Office, Internet, Email, Auto CAD 2D, 3D.
- Good management skill and proactive manner
