-Analyse all tender process and overview technical and commercial proposal.
-Overview master schedule for all site and manage to engineers for all sites.
-Check BQ, detail drawing, Archi drawing and instruction to site PM, PE for weekly schedule.
-Dealing with government employee behalf of the company.
-Overview contract management and dealing with sub-contractor.
-Management to structure, infrastructure, M&E work, finishing work.
-Management to safety and quality.
-Visit to all construction site timely.

Job Requirements

B.E Civil (PE / RSE holder)
Age: 45 to 60
• Must have (15) years experiences in building construction field.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Email & internet.
• Good knowledge and strong management in building construction, infrastructure, M&E work, finishing work.
• Good dealing with government employee behalf of the company.
• Manage to tender process until of awarded.
• Draw master schedule for all site and assign by engineers for all sties.
• Check BQ, detail drawing, Archi drawing and instruction to site PM, PE for weekly schedule.
• Management to safety and quality.
• Visit to all construction site timely.
