Chief Executive Officer | CEO
We are looking for a performance driven and passionate CEO to manage day-to-day operation of Sayy-Mal. The candidate will be working directly with BODs, must be able to build a great company culture and set a course for company strategy.
We are strong believers of young leaders and are looking for creative, result driven and passionate candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with BODs to determine values and mission, plan for short and long term goals and keep them informed.
• Provide inspired leadership to our team with great interpersonal skills.
• Over see day-to-day operation of the company.
• Effective communicator, open minded & international mindset.
• Develop the company’s culture and overall company vision.
• Develop and implement key growth strategies and action plan.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Must have analytical skills to understand customer data and to formulate a strategic marketing & business plan.
• Tactics to elevate customer experience.
• Communicate value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Develop new products & services to meet the ever-chaning needs of our customers.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or master degree in a relevant discipline or MBA.
• Required to have prior experience in either Business Development & Sales or Marketing & Sales background with strong management experience. Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in related field.
• Must be able to make data driven decisions in conjunction with prior experience and knowledge.
• Excellent listener with proven negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate and influence all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan and delegate
• Strong command of English (Verbal and Writing).
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Candidate is required to be flexible with work hour.
• Age below 35 will be preferred

Attractive remuneration package with base salary between 10 – 20 lakh (depending on experience and background). Additional profit-sharing bonus and upon hitting other KPIs.
