Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Provide overall leadership in the areas of strategic and financial forecasting, financial reporting, budget planning, capital planning, liquidity management, banking
relations, tax, and risk analysis and management
• Lead and manage the finance and accounting team and responsible for effective operation of finance department
• Responsible for effective liquidity management for loan operations
• Ensure that the organization maintains its stated minimum liquidity as required to ensure a smooth operation of the credit program
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Involve in strategic planning and provide necessary recommendations to CEO and Executive Committee
• Establish the relations with banks, investment institutions and all other stakeholders related to financing activities
• Manage and monitor the financial performance of the organization and ensure that the business plan targets are achieved
• Ensure accuracy of financial information and timely delivery of financial report to CEO and Executive Committee
• Identify and manage business risks and insurance requirements
• Make recommendations to optimize the investment strategies to maximize ROI

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of financial management experiences
• Bachelor degree in Accounting (or) Finance. CPA (or) ACA is desirable
• Prior experience in financial institution is preferred
• Strong financial planning and analysis skills
• Well understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
• Good at problem solving, organizing and giving attention to details
• Ability to work in challenging environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill to work with senior management, investors and external stakeholders
• Good leadership and management abilities
• Ability to engage with staff at all levels of the organization and exercise sound judgement
