Job Description

1. Review the existing human resources related policies, processes, and operations annually based on the company's annual business plan and long-term development strategy, and make recommendations to the company's management and management school to support the organization's development.
2. Effectively communicate changes in corporate human resources policies and processes at different levels and ensure appropriate compliance.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in grouping human resources is preferred;
2, financial or Internet operations business background priority
3, 6 years of human resources work, and team management experience
