Core responsibilities:
• To provide leadership with consistency and dedication through promoting a creative work space with the aim to maximize efficiency and effectiveness travel and tour programmers , annual marketing plan , marketing operations
• To operate high quality business strategies and plans, ensuring to align with company objective
• To oversee all operations and business activities to ensure the desired results and are consistent with the company policies and procedures
• To organize various media information and make affordable and effective media buys to promote tourism in Myanmar and also oversee design/printing of marketing publications
• To implement cooperative advertising programs integrating the tourism related segments that exist in
• To research and identify different target markets and new initiatives to design appropriate packages to meet with customers’ needs
• To prepare major planned or unplanned events, activities or crisis are appropriately managed whilst maintaining key objectives and focus and mitigating adverse outcomes

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree or master degree in tourism, business management or relevant discipline
• Postgraduate Degree / MBA / Professional Diploma from internationally recognized institutions would be an advantage
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Senior Management Position


Skills and Knowledge required:
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing plan
• Experience with general management best practices
• Business mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Good in Time and risk management skills
• Genuine interest in travel
