• Directing and managing all operational activities of the organization and ensuring the implementation of overall organizational strategy
• Reports to Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director
• Supervise all operational managers/staff working within the operational functions of the organization
• Providing strategic direction, leading, managing and directing all operational activities of the organization
• Must be technically strong in IT infrastructure including Wintel & Unix platform with virtualization and storage integration.
• International certification related to Infrastructure, Project Management and Operation management would be added an advantage.
• Accountability for the overall profitability of the operational activities of the organization
• Ensuring all corporate and business unit strategies and plans are aligned, reviewed and successfully implemented-taking remedial action when necessary
• Building relationships between the operations and support divisions and ensuring the business units receive adequate operational support
• Building relation with external contacts as suppliers, clients, customers, government department and authorities, legal advisers, auditors and the media (when necessary)
• Promotes programs, projects and services that are delivered in a cost-effective manner, while maintaining an acceptable level of quality
• Oversee the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting and audit
• Providing support and assistance to the CEO on corporate and group issues where required
• Directing and motivating all level of executives to achieve agreed targets
• Managing and motivating all divisional employees

* Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
* 5 to 7 years of experience in managing system integration with multi-vendor management in banking sector
* Efficient and effective project management skills
* Proficient in English to communicate with international clients and global partners
* Be ready to travel to APAC region part of training
* Experienced Team Leader and effectively motivates and trains your team member to achieve objectives
