Attract Potential Customers and suggest information about the products and services
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customers’ complaints.
• Answer call professionally and communicating courteously with customer by telephone, email letter and face to face to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer’s requests. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for future investigation.
• Follow up refund or compensation to customers. Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
• Provide help and advice to customers using the organization’s products or services (Loyalty Program, Business Cards drop promotion and other discount promotions).
• Record and issue loyalty members and business cards members, preparing reports for those customers.
• Arrange for products to post on company Facebook page. Answer call time to time anything customers inquires.
