A Good Opportunity for ..

• Provide filling & documentation assistance MD & Chairman
• Assist to schedule and coordinate meeting & appointment
• Arrange the invitation letter and conduct travel arrangement (flight booking, car rental and hotel booking)
• Claim the budget and prepare expense report for projects
• Keep update the work process to MD and Chairman
• Ensure the working process is within timeline
• Independent project work and general office tasks

Job Requirements

• 25-30 years old (female or Male) with a recognized university degree- who has had some years of work/ business experience, working with foreigners and is eager to be part of one of the leading business of Myanmar
• Translation Chinese to Myanmar/ Chinese to English translation skills, school level of Chinese, fluent English, capable of handling meeting minutes, capable of handling office files affairs.
• Translation or project Management
• Speak, read and write fluently in Chinese language
• Ability to evaluate situation & ensure operation to accordance to guild-lines
• Must have general business knowledge
• Willing to take on own project tasks and complete them to a high standard
