The Key responsibilities are to

1. Supervise the Subcontractors work to ensure that Method Statements and Work Procedures as per Contract Drawing and specification.
2. Inspect Materials qualities & work done progress, check and record quantities and dimension and certify comparison with the contract requirements.
3. Identify Work procedure for construction activities.
4.Advice the subcontractor on the sequencing of the contraction work according to the weekly program.
5. Check drawings for the dimensional discrepancies which should be informed to project engineer.
6Prepare shop drawing for the subcontractor.
7. Prepare the required documentation and notification necessary for any inspection and tests required to meet relevant quality according to contract documents.
8. Carry out, supervise, the record for any inspection and tests required in accordance with the relevant quality Control plans.
9. Prepare and maintain all the required documentation & Quality Record such as Notification of Inspections, Inspection Check Lists, Concrete register, material, and labor allocation sheets and diaries.
10. Provide any setting out, surveying, an inspection of setting out of work and construction details.
11. Carry out materials requirement in each activity such as steel schedule, concrete volume to meet within budget.
12.Initiate requisition for materials giving a detailed description including testing, delivery and specification requirements. Raise requisitions in sufficient time to allow materials to be delivered on time.
13.Need to check and report used materials and balance to QS department to meet budget quantities.
14. Ensure all materials are testing as required under the specification before use in the works. Review materials test certification for compliance.
15.Ensure that the work is carried out in a safe manner in accordance with the project Safety Plan
16. Report to the project engineer on all aspect affecting the work.
17. Make a weekly progress meeting with the subcontractors and report to project engineer
18.Advice the project Engineer of any non- conformance identified in the work.
19. Ensure that any corrective and preventive action identified as a result of any non-conformance in the work is carried out.
20. Liaise with external parties such as Government Tender Committee, the relevant authorities, and internal parties such as the Surveyors, and Design Department on all aspect related to his section of the work.

- BE Civil with minimum 5 years of experience in High rise and Residential
- Having successfully handled the project
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Leadership and people management skills across a wide range of expertise.
- Good level in spoken and written English.
