advisor.
o Collects relevant and accurate information or/and documents for the completion
of claim processing.
o Update Open ERP and paper records with details of the accident.
o Assists in claims cost control and delivery of claim information.
o Coordinate with operations department and third party workshops where
necessary.

o Knowledge of how the vehicle insurance industry works.
o Communication skill & customer care
o Initiative and interpersonal skill
o Available to work 24/7 for accident survey
o Experience with ERP systems.
o Driving License
