An Exciting Opportunity for ...

We are looking for a Client Manager (Local) to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Client Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, understand new requirements of client and deliver it on time. Preferably someone who has experience of working with VAS or Telco companies on Techno-commercial role.

• Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives
• Develop new business by identifying opportunities in market and on-boarding new clients
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to gather requirements and liaise between them & internal teams for timely delivery
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Having technical grip (L1/L2 support) would be added advantage

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or a related field required
• Over 4 years of working experience
• Rigorous and organized, with excellent capabilities of communication in Burmese & English
• Good at networking and maintaining relationship
• Goal-focused and responsible for "getting the job done”
