An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Enter data of order into the system.
- Provide information to the customer service and sales departments as requested
- Respond to billing questions from both local and internaltional customers
- Process and keep track of ncoming payments and accounts in compliance with financial
- Perform daily financial transactions which include classifying, computing, posting, verifying, and recording accounts receivable data
- Prepare and send out the invoice, bills, and bank deposits
- Verify discrepancies by clients and resolve their billing issues
- Send bill reminders to clients regarding outstanding accounts
- Generate monthly bill & statement
- Prepare reports detailing accounts receivable status.

Job Requirements

- Good data entry skills/email using
- Experience in cashier
- Must be able to enjoy working in a social environment and work well with others
- Strong communication skill with external & internal clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, excel and English
- Familiarly with finance and accounting operations
- Prefer MYOB level III
