Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Exera Myanmar is looking for an outstanding and dynamic team member -

• Collate client data to produce Monthly Client Reports according to agreed standards and timeframes

• Actively work to improve the quality, breadth and efficiency of internal and client reporting at the company including implementing own initiatives in cooperation with other departments

• Undertake administrative tasks for the Client Services team including maintaining up to date client files, registers and contact lists

• Engage with key clients by phone to strengthen client relationships and email regarding administrative matters. This will involve client visits as necessary

• Manage a portfolio of clients as their key company contact person

• Proactively contribute to the ongoing development of departmental processes and polices

• Assist the Compliance Coordinator with performance reporting activities

• Assist the Sales team with bid preparation and lead follow-up activities

• Manage client complaints proactively and responsively, and be a champion for clients’ needs and interests within the company

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent relevant experience

• 1- 2 years of experience in customer service, administration or any related field

• Strong experience in an administrative role preparing reports, complex documentation, and filing

• Strong experience using Excel and other applications for data capture, analysis, and reporting, and using Word/Powerpoint to present polished reports

• Excellent Word and Excel skills and easily adapt to new systems

• Customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment

• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with staff at all levels

• Desirable: previous client contract management experience

• Desirable: Information technology, IT project, or SQL experience

• Fluent in English (daily formal and informal communication both verbally and in writing)
