• Plan, organize, develop and manage the overall operations of a clinic.
• Support the overall day to day operation within the clinic.
• Manage and oversees the daily functioning of a health care center.
• Maintain the stability of a health care center.
• Ensure clinic quality and service quality.
• Enforce rules and policies to ensure patient’s safety.
• To recognize trends in data to plan future projects and monitor the daily operations of a health care facility.
• Manage clinic staffs for smooth clinical process.
• Guide, coach and mentor junior staffs.
• Maintain and report vital statistics.
• Check , follow up and complete the supplies need for the clinic.
• Presented about monthly report based on clinic services.
• Work with the management to identify the area of growth, formulate and implement growth plans and strategies.
• Write articles about health topics for digital marketing.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staffs or customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Managing Director.

Job Requirements

• Must Be M.B.B.S holder
• Minimum 5 Years of clinic manager experiences.
• Advanced Communication Skills.
• Understanding of public relations.
• Ability to quickly adapt to change.
• Efficient management and leadership skill are necessary
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft word, Microsoft power point and Excel
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Highly enthusiastic and taking responsibility are necessary.
