-Enable smooth flow for work and procedure in clinic.
-Train the staffs in accordance with clinic guidelines and procedures set by doctors.
-Assign duties and shifts for staffs.
-Regulate and set up the system for staffs.
-Observe each and every staff and ensure their quality and performance.
-Work together with doctors and other administration staffs for clinic set up.
-Check together rooms, machines and store every day.
-Plan customer service improvement on daily basis.
-Handle all customer complaints and solve problems professionally.
-Analyze progress, enhance management and improve the image of clinic.
-Weekly and monthly report to Management Team.

Job Requirements

-Age Between 25 to 35.
-At least 2 years' experience with Supervisor position in Aesthetic field or Any Spa.
-At least 3 years' experience in Aesthetic field.
-Certificate in Aesthetic field is more preferable.
-Candidate must have good communication skill.
