• Plan & execute civil works in Telecom sites.
• Managing Contractors /sub-contractors/ labours.
• Planning and supervision of site activities in consideration with working teams on on-field / in-house.
• Responsible for safe execution of works.
• Daily progress reporting to customer / internal team.
• Team Management & Team Leadership
• Team Training and Motivational Initiatives
• Driving for new business from Customer and Contributing to the revenue and profits.

Position: Assistant Manager- Civil / Cluster Manager-Civil

Education: BE (Civil)

Work Location: Across Myanmar

CTC: Best in the industry as per Experience, Job knowledge & Skills.

Experience required: 8-15 Years in Civil / Construction / Telecom Tower Construction (Minimum 2-5 years in
Telecom Tower Construction)
