An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Daily sales responsibility.
• Daily lead management and conversion responsibility
• Daily sales activity management responsibility
• Ensure minimum numbers of policies and case sizes in area of responsibility
• Ensure that policies are issued in the desired TAT
• Assist RSM in recruitment and training of IS and bank staff on a case to case basis
• Responsible for any support as many be necessary
• Check and ensure the quality of the IS from time to time
• Observe and coach overall performance and behavior of the IS
• IS Activity management and management of IS behavior and compliance
• Act as the first line of defense and escalate to RSM any compliance issues as soon as aware
• Observe and coach sales and leadership skills of IS

Job Requirements

- Graduate
- At least 12 months in sales or customer support
- Insurance or financial services sales or service or high value sales experience is preferable.
- Selling skills, leadership, optimism, team player, maturity and coaching skills
- Average management skills
- Excellent communication skills and credibility
