Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Job Purpose:
• Responsible for CDE maintenance operations.
• Execution of CDE operations KPIs/Metrics and SLAs.
• Reviews Third party service providers’ performance and SLAs.
• Ensures CDE productivity by optimizing CDE uptime.
• Coordinate with OEMs on equipment improvements.
• Asset audit and confirmation at regular intervals to ensure no loss of assets in trade.

Responsibilities:
• Manage technical operations management and maintenance services.
• Conduct periodic reviews of CDE vendor and the Associates for areas with operational improvements.
• Track and monitor compliance of Field CDE teams on asset control policies.
• Review capabilities of field service executives/technicians and recommend training programs for continuous improvements.
• Establish and update SP contracts and SLAs including standard rates per activities.
• Develop a scorecard for SP and conduct monthly KBI reviews to ensure compliance.
• Work with Quality control team to ensure compliance to Quality and Food Safety standards.
• Support preparation of the annual Business plan inclusive of Opex (maintenance) requirements.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical; Electrical).
• At least 4 to 5 years’ experience in related field
• Ideally experience in FMCG Industry
• English skills, written and oral
• Good experience in applied refrigeration, electronics, electrical, chemical and quality control check process.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Power point and other Windows based business applications and software.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data collated so as to make sound judgements and recommendations.
