Job Description

• Supports the organisation in the Road Safety Program
• Cross functional collaboration to improve Road Safety collectively
• Ambassador of continuous improvement
• Provides input and revises the vehicle management / fleet policy
• Responsible of the company fleet
• Act as main liaised person for third party/ LSP fleet safety management
• Use telematics to monitor, analyse and report drivers’ behavior change and make recommendation on road safety improvement
• Organize meetings with Road Safety experts (discussing various topics)
• Discusses and implements training plan
• Advises on the KPI setting
• Participates in cross functional Road Safety communication (e.g. Group in Workplace)
• Aid SHE manager and perform SHE Management programs across Sales & TM
• Conduct the safety induction training programs for Sales & TM
• Assist and coordinate the process of compliance with local legal and HEINEKEN safety rules
• Support the communication of changes in SHE local law and HEINEKEN regulations
• Audit and improve the hazardous conditions for Branches and project activities, and where applicable make recommendations to distributors, contractors, customers, etc.
• Investigate causes of accident, establish preventive countermeasures and report the result to SHE Manager
• Record and keep the statistics of accident reports
• Provide the SHE equipment and personal protective equipment (employees and contractors) where applicable
• On regular schedule, audit and assess the operations to ensure safety regulations and requirements are properly applied
• Observes people’ behavior and share feedback for improvement and report to SHE Manager regularly
• Updating accident, incident and near misses statistic at the safety pyramid on board
• Responsible for visual management for Safety signs at Branches
• Support the implementation of LSR across OpCo
• Deliver Safety and Environmental training when applicable
• Follow and comply with LSR

Job Requirements

Education & Other Qualifications :
• Bachelor Degree, preferably Engineering
Experience & Knowledge :
• At least 3 yrs. experience and knowledge on Safety , Occupational Health & Environment
• Contractor Safety Management System
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player
• Detailed oriented
• Good problem solving skills
• Resilient
• Stakeholder Management
• High sense of urgency
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Language :
• Burmese /Myanmar Language mandatory
• Business English is required
