Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Prepare weekly and monthly report on leasing status (Residential Tenants List, New Lease, Lease Renewal, Lease Expiry and Termination List.) and report to Leasing Manager
2. Prepare in finalization of lease documents such as Quotation, Offer Letter and Lease Agreement, handover and Inspection related paperwork
3. Maintain and keep stock of leasing collateral brochures.
4. Actively seeking out new opportunities through calling, networking and social media
5. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
6. Conduct market survey and monitor competitors project
7. Collaborate with team to achieve better results
8. Any other tasks assigned by leasing manager & director.

Job Requirements

1. Preferable those with experiences of Leasing within a real estate environment
2. Proficiency in English spoken and written.
3. Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Page maker, PowerPoint) and Internet & Email.
4. Strong knowledge of Customer and Personal Service
5. Good in negotiation and counseling skill
