Following our acquisition by Alibaba Group, we are looking for a mature, experienced individual to join our commercial team in Myanmar.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

> Growing the sales for the electronics categories (Phones, Appliances, Televisions etc) on Shop through increasing the assortment, preparing campaigns and determining
the strategy of the category

> Managing our relationship with Key Brands (Samsung, Huawei, Sony etc), as well as other partners (Telenor, Ooredoo etc)

> Lead and develop a team of commercial executives and category managers

> Coordinate with other departments to ensure best customer experience of shopping online

> Report to local Managing Directors

Job Requirements

Requirement :

> Bachelor degree in marketing, business or related field

> Proven experience leading a team

> Keen interest in e-commerce

> Strong background in marketing, retail electronics, or at a large electronics brand


Skills

> Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a team

> Mature, tactful, innovative and results-oriented

> Strong relationship management and negotiation skills

> Pleasant and outgoing personality

> Demonstrated management and good interpersonal skill

> Able to work under pressure and strict deadlines
