Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Be responsible for the sales of IT products within the assigned territory, either direct or indirect customers.
• Executing business development plans, sales strategies, processes and activities to meet sales targets.
• Develop and expand market in your territory, by applying product solutions to meet customer needs while executing business growth objectives.
• Utilize the business tools to manage sales pipeline, track quotes, capture competitive information, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Keep well-informed of market trends, customer preferences, the actions of competitors, and the impact of governmental regulations, as a basis for recommending revisions in marketing plans and strategies for the territory.
• Continually seek to promote new product ideas and applications as a basis for increasing profitable sales to new or existing customers
• Managing relationships with internal/external contacts to work effectively to meet customers’ needs.
• Strategically allocate and finalize sales target in segment level, and responsible for all revising and forecasting tasks.
Be a team leader, collaborate with all related parties in key project initiatives related to sales strategic framework and sales productivity improvement.
• Allocate tasks and monitor work performance of team members, supervise and coach them, identify area for development, proactively support and encourage subordinates for further training and development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication/Computer/IT or Business administration.
• Work experience at least 1-3 years in Telecom business would be advantage.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Team approach to opportunity development.
• Successful and consistent track record in selling IT products.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Possess self-directed ability to multi-task and prioritize customer needs.
• Self-motivated, good sense of initiative, willing to learn, solution-oriented and able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Knowledge and experience Cisco, HP, Check Point, Palo Alto, FortiGate, Dell.
• Network certification: CCNA, CCNP or related would be an advantage.
