> Understand calculation formula and payment process of commissions
> Manage overall commission calculation and payment process to keep the timeline and accuracy
> Deal with complaints from dealers related to commissions
> Take actions to minimize the duration until commission payment
> Make forecast of monthly commission amount based on the results
> Analyze the commission results to optimize the budget implementation
> Manage members who are in charge of commission calculation and payment
> Communicate with related departments regarding commission calculation and payment
> Seek new ideas and process to improve the current performance
> Other duties as assigned
> Requirements

> Must have Bachelor Degree's
> Proficient in English
> Professional advanced excel skills are required
> four arithmetic operations
> functions (SUM, AVE, IF, VLOOKUP, INDEX, COUNT IF, etc….)
