A Good Opportunity for ..

• Understand calculation formula and payment process of commissions
• Manage overall commission calculation and payment process to keep the timeline and
accuracy
• Deal with complaints from dealers related to commissions
• Take actions to minimize the duration until commission payment
• Make forecast of monthly commission amount based on the results
• Analyze the commission results to optimize the budget implementation
• Manage members who are in charge of commission calculation and payment
• Communicate with related departments regarding commission calculation and payment
• Seek new ideas and process to improve the current performance
• Other duties as assigned

• Professional advanced excel skills are required
>> Four arithmetic operations
>> Functions (SUM, AVE, IF, VLOOKUP, INDEX, COUNT IF, etc….)
• Good in English Language spoken and written
