Summary of position:
Yoma Strategic Holdings is recruiting a Community Manager to manage influencer and affiliate marketing. This role is key to reach out, creating new leads in a marketing effort to promote our current campaign plans. While being able to make marketing arrangement with online retailer for generating traffic or sales, having a good social skill is a plus to be able to establish good relationships to our potential marketing partners or influencers. This will be a full-time position.

What you will do:
-Build and grow a new online community around our products
-Represent the company by actively driving, growing and managing the community, building healthy relationships with community influencers
-Locate and engage advocates within the community to foster dialogue & engagement
-Create content to align messaging and drive conversation
-Create and curate content to drive community growth and engagement
-Help execute community content strategy
-Track the trends of various communities and analyze the trends

Job Requirements

Skills/Requirements:
-Actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, communities
-Passion for technology & social networking
-Be up to date with trends in apps and social media
-Very high attention to detail
-Experience in engaging and activating community groups
-Experience locating and engaging advocates within communities to foster dialogue

Qualifications
-Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields.
-Flexibility and adaptability- comfortable with defining structure needed for a complex project when it does not exist
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Able to work with multiple priorities and tight schedules
