Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

-The Community Microfinance Expert (CME) works with the village to develop plans for rural development, their needs of electricity and other electrical equipment and home or commercial appliances.
-The CME fixes a budget for it and aligns with the village on a payment plan for this.
-The target for the CME is to enable rural development while deploying funds efficiently across communities using 1-1 interaction.
-The job requires visiting villages continuously and working with them to understand their needs of appliances, opportunities to enable commercial usage of electricity using machines and putting together reports and budgets for making this change.
-Please note that the job requires extensive travel and offers opportunities to make real impact in the lives of people in the country.

Job Requirements

-Understanding and experience of working in NGO/iNGO/Development Sector
-Experience of leading communities and helping them drive changes
-Ability to persuade and explain concepts clearly
-Fluency in English
-Strong Report Writing & MS Excel knowledge
